The sensory room is located behind Section 115 and provides a quiet, calming space equipped with soft seating and sensory-friendly tools to help guests who may experience sensory overload.

Sensory bags, which include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and other resources, are available at no cost from Guest Services behind Section 135 in the Northwest Concourse. Guests can borrow a Kulture City bag by leaving an ID. These resources are available at all stadium events to ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.

For the comfort and privacy of nursing parents, a dedicated nursing room is available behind Section 114. The space accommodates one group at a time and is equipped with a comfortable chair, a changing station, and a power outlet. This room is available for use at all stadium events to provide a quiet and convenient space for parents and caregivers.

Centreville Bank Stadium offers advanced assistive listening devices for use at all ticketed events. Guests can borrow advanced assistive listening devices for free from Guest Services behind Section 135 on the northwest concourse by leaving an ID.

First Aid is located behind Section 114. If you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest stadium or event staff member.

Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis and are located outside the stadium in the North Plaza. Guests may use lockers to securely store personal items during the event.

Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to assist guests from the entrance to their seats. To request a wheelchair escort, please visit the Guest Services location behind section 135 or speak with any member of our Guest Services Team upon arrival. This service provides transportation between entry gates and seating areas. Please note that wheelchairs and staff will not remain with guests during the duration of the event.

Centreville Bank Stadium has two public elevators available for guest use. One is located behind Section 114 on the south side of the stadium, and the other is behind Section 128 in the northeast corner.

Drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations are located throughout Centreville Bank Stadium. Guests are welcome to bring empty, plastic refillable bottles into the stadium. Bottles must be empty upon entry and may be filled once inside.
