In consideration for permission to photograph ('Photographs') the artists and musical performers ('Artist(s)') during ISLAND RHODES MUSIC FESTIVAL ('IRMF') in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on August 15 + 16, 2026 (the 'Festival'), the undersigned ('Photographer') agrees to the following:

1. All Photographs shall be taken only from areas designated by Festival management and/or the particular Artist(s)’ representative and specifically excludes children’s or family areas, medical, security, police compounds or backstage areas unless express permission is received in each instance from an authorized Festival representative. Photographers must be escorted by an authorized Festival publicity representative in connection with any video filming and all photography/filming at Festival. No video may be made of any performances from the Festival. No drones, flash or lighting devices of any kind may be used.

2. IRMF requests full promotional use of all photos taken for social media/websites, for editorial and press purposes. IRMF will provide photo credit and necessary tags where applicable. Images should be sent to info@islandrhodes.com. If approved to photograph without an assignment, delivery within 24 hours is required.

3. Subject to Artist approval, Photographer may photograph up to three (3) songs per musical Artist or three (3) minutes overall of any other type of performance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain Artists may have different requirements which must be honored.

4. Photographs and Videos may be used only for news or editorial purposes by the approved publication/media outlet and its syndication partners. Commercial exploitation is prohibited except as expressly allowed herein.

5. Photographer acquires no rights in any Artist, Producer, trademarks, service marks, names, voices, identities or likenesses except as specifically provided. Photographer assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Producer Parties.

6. Photographer shall produce all Photographs and Videos at Photographer’s sole cost and expense and shall not receive compensation from Producer Parties.7. Photographer may not assign this agreement or any rights hereunder.

8. Upon breach, all rights granted herein are automatically rescinded. Producer and Artists shall be entitled to equitable relief and other remedies available at law or equity.

9. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall be governed by the laws of Rhode Island, with exclusive jurisdiction in Providence, Rhode Island.
