BUS LOOP
Route R-1636 runs every 8–10 minutes, providing free service from parking lots to Centreville Bank Stadium. For more information and a route map, click here.

Festival Gates open at 1 p.m. ET each day.

RIDE SHARE
Uber and Lyft are available in the area surrounding Centreville Bank Stadium. Please note that Centreville Bank Stadium is located next to a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and make sure to leave yourself plenty of time when arriving to and leaving the stadium.
TICKET UPGRADES
Limited ticket upgrades will be available at the Box Office located next to the Centreville Bank Stadium North Gate. Upgrades are extremely limited, while supplies last. If you have already entered the venue, go to Guest Services to inquire about upgrades.
WATER
Drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations are available throughout Centreville Bank Stadium. Each guest may bring in one factory sealed water bottle up to 32oz. Guests may also bring in one empty reusable water bottle or CamelBak.
WRISTBANDS
Fans with GA Floor, VIP Pit, SVIP Tickets or fans with ADA needs will require a wristband to access their specific areas.
GA Floor, VIP Pit & SVIP Ticket Holders: After you scan your festival ticket, head to the wristband tent next to the festival entrance to obtain your wristband.
Fans with ADA Needs: After you scan your festival ticket, head to Guest Services located behind Section 135 to obtain your wristband.
Fans with GA Seated tickets do not need a wristband.
NAVIGATING THE STADIUM

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office (or Ticket Office) near the North Gate will be open each day at noon for ticket upgrades or customer service resolution. The original purchaser must be present with valid government issued photo ID for will call pickup or customer service issues.
CASHLESS VENUE
Centreville Bank Stadium is a cashless venue and Island Rhodes will be a cashless event.
ELEVATORS
Centreville Bank Stadium has two public-use elevators located behind Sections 114 and 128.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency or severe weather, follow instructions from Centreville Bank Stadium and event staff, as well as announcements on the public address system and video boards through Centreville Bank Stadium. Fans are encouraged to follow Island Rhodes social media channels for weather updates.
FOOD / DRINKS
Expect everything from local Rhode Island favorites done right to classic festival fare. Pair it all with a craft beer selection & craft cocktails we hand-picked to match the vibe. Gluten free & vegetarian options are available.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located behind Section 135. Services are available from when the gates open until 30 minutes after the event ends.
LOST & FOUND
Guests may inquire about lost and found items at Guest Services, located behind Section 135, during events. Email Info@CentrevilleBankStadium.com to inquire after an event.
MEDICAL
First Aid is located behind Section 114. Notify the nearest Centreville Bank Stadium or event staff if you require immediate assistance.
STADIUM POLICIES
ADA
Island Rhodes is an accessible event. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome & encourage all feedback & suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year. Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry email. For any accessibility-related questions not answered in the guide, please email us at info@islandrhodes.com.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
- The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on grass PLASTIC TURF COVERING, & CEMENT, with an ADA viewing area. Concession areas, ADA restrooms and other festival vendors will be set up throughout the festival site and ADA accessible.
- We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs & scooters. Power assist mobility aids are recommended as the gravel and hill at the festival site can be difficult to navigate.
- We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
ADA ENTRANCE
- The ADA Entrance will be located at the Main Festival Entrance at the Centreville Bank Stadium North Gate. There will be a dedicated ADA Lane next to the Rhode Island FC Team Store.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAS
- Companions may be asked to stand in the back if capacity is reached.
- Patrons & companions may not smoke in these areas.
- Patrons may not save spots.
- Do not block the view of the guests behind you.
- There will be an accessible viewing area made available to ADA patrons with a view of the stage. To gain access to this area, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub.
SERVICE ANIMALS
- All service animals must be registered with the ADA department upon entry into the event.
- All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times & must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken & should use the service animal relief area.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for & liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
- All service animals should have legally required vaccinations (which ADA staff may ask to see for verification).
- We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you’re inside the event, as vehicles without air conditioning on may become too hot & unsafe for any animal.
- Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal & will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained & are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises. The following guidelines must be followed:
ADA Parking
- Paid ADA accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only vehicles with accessible parking placards or license plates can park in accessible parking spaces.
- There are drop-off zones near the main festival entrance for easy access to the stadium.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- First Aid: We have a First Aid location within the venue, noted on the event maps. Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at these locations.
- Special Dietary Needs: The event will have food vendors that provide gluten-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at info@islandrhodes.com for further assistance.
Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by one of the medical teams located at each entrance.
BAG POLICY
Both clear bags and non-clear bags 12″x12″x6″ and smaller are permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests with medical or special dietary needs may bring personal food items in **one (1) clear, one-gallon plastic zip-top bag per person**. All items are subject to inspection upon entry.
No glass containers, coolers, or alcoholic beverages are permitted.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the safety of all, the following items are prohibited at Centreville Bank Stadium:
- Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
- Flammable items and aerosols (pepper spray, mace, etc.)
- Outside food and beverages of any kind (except water – see water policy).
- Flares, incendiary devices, smoke devices, sparklers or fireworks
- Illegal substances
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems, including gliders, drones, kites and missile or projectile-like objects
- Professional cameras with lenses longer than 70mm, video cameras (including GoPro and similar devices), tripods and selfie sticks
- Laser pointers/pens
- Animals or pets, except for service animals
- Banners & Signs
- Flag Poles
- Umbrellas
- Coolers, flasks, or ice chests
- Wristlets or handheld wallets with or without a strap larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″
- Both clear bags and non-clear bags 12″x12″x6″ and smaller are permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
- Luggage, computer bags, briefcases, backpacks, large purses and camera cases
- Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or non-medically prescribed wheeled devices, except for infant strollers
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements or any other printed materials
- Frisbees and inflated balls of any kind
- Seat cushions or portable chairs
- Noisemakers, including air horns, cowbells, drums, horns, vuvuzelas and whistles
- Confetti
Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Centreville Bank Stadium management Centreville Bank Stadium staff reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items at their sole discretion based on the circumstances. MOTHER EARTH WELLNESS ONSITE DELIVERY
Get your goodies delivered by Mother Earth Wellness! Festival attendees can place their orders up to 24 hours in advance. Saturday orders open at 1pm ET on Friday, August 14. Here’s how it works…
Step 1: Visit the Mother Earth Wellness website.
Step 2: Add your favorite products to your cart. A $40 minimum purchase is required for festival orders.
Step 3: Proceed to checkout and:
- Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your valid government-issued ID.
- Enter your date of birth, phone number, and email address.
- Select Curbside as your order type.
- Choose your preferred delivery time slot.
- Select your payment method. Please note: Cash payments will not be accepted.
Step 4: Place your order.
Step 5: Keep your phone nearby. When you receive a text that your order is ready, head to the Mother Earth Wellness tent in Cultivator + Creator Corner.
Step 6: Present your valid government-issued ID (21+), pay for your order, and enjoy the festival! Please note: A $10 delivery fee applies to all delivery orders. Delivery times may vary during peak festival hours. Be sure to keep your phone on, as our team may contact you regarding your order. Time slots will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
