The stadium uses high efficiency VRF heating and cooling systems. All lighting is high efficiency LED. HVAC and lighting systems are on networked controls which allow for tunable scheduling which will result in less energy consumption. The storm drainage systems utilize multi-stage filtering to clean storm water prior to entering the Seekonk River, these systems also capture some of the local storm water that was previously sent directly into the river.
